The chicken and quesadillas are absolutely top notch. The beans and tortillas are amazing. Unfortunately the refrigerator system was down. But they worked on it. Meant that the drinks needed to be served warm with ice, but a beer mixed with ice cubes ain't a great deal, yet durable.

He visitado Pollo Feliz de Av. Francia infinidad de veces a lo largo de los años, y por alguna razón, nunca lo había calificado… ¡hasta hoy! Recientemente lo remodelaron y quedó muy agradable, con nuevas pinturas y un área de juegos amplia ideal para los peques. Los lunes suele estar bastante concurrido, así que en casa preferimos visitarlo los miércoles cuando se nos antoja el pollo. La barra de ensaladas y salsas es uno de mis puntos favoritos, puedes servirte al gusto (claro, con moderación para evitar desperdicios). Algo que he notado es la alta rotación de personal. No sé si los mueven entre sucursales, pero en general el trato es muy amable; sólo en una ocasión vi a una señorita distraída con el celular, aunque la mayoría de las veces el servicio ha sido excelente y merecedor de buena propina. Este lugar tiene historia: lo recuerdo desde los tiempos en que lo atendía Don Toño Rocha, siempre muy al pendiente del funcionamiento del local. El sabor del pollo sigue siendo muy bueno, y las quesadillas son más grandes de lo habitual, con un queso delicioso. Me gustaría hacer una pequeña sugerencia: revisar las fechas de caducidad de los chocolates Kinder que ofrecen a la venta. En general, el personal es amable y hay un supervisor presente, aunque sería genial que se acercara directamente a los comensales a preguntar si nos hace falta algo. Un detalle que siempre he valorado es que cuentan con el periódico del día, lo cual hace más amena la espera mientras preparan tu comida y te permite mantenerte informado. Un plus importante es el valet parking con su propio estacionamiento seguro —nada de dejar los coches en la calle. Eso sí, el área sobre la banqueta, reservada para personas con discapacidad, muchas veces está ocupada por quienes compran para llevar, lo cual no está nada bien. El restaurante siempre está limpio, el servicio es bueno, los baños están cuidados y lo mejor: el pollo siempre llega calientito, servido en un tipo brasero que lo mantiene perfecto. Sin duda, un clásico al que sigo regresando.

Food is delicious. Memories of my family going here and enjoying their food. Love the side bar filled with fruits and vegetables. Chicken is always on point and never disappoints

Pollo asado was pretty good and be tasty, not dry. You get also all types of salads and hot sauces included, rice was not that good, maybe a 7 or of 10

Poca ventilación y mucho ruido. Es un restaurante familiar pero como sugerencia deberían dejar a las familias que traen niños en el área de juegos para que corran y griten libremente. Ya que si los dejan en las otras áreas que ya de por si son ruidosas, con llantos y gritos no se puede ni platicar agusto. La comida excelente. Un poco lento el servicio pero se entiende porque llegan muchas familias a comer.

Buen servicio y rápidos en entregar cuando de pollo se trata, en flautas son un poco mas tardados pero se entiende. Económico y buen sabor. Recomendado
